Good value for money. A little goes a long way and a tub like this lasts me about 4 months ,a s I take just 1/2 teaspoon a day for leaky gut. I was warned never to take L-Glutamine for a long time or in large amounts as it causes glutamate overload in the brain.

My puppy was having significant issues with his gut health. After months of antibiotics to get rid of parasites and worms that he had before I got him, his gut was in need of repair. I added a scoop of this to his water daily and he loved it. A month later and he is doing well, and is not having any gut issues.

Mixing this with my intra-workout and also during the day if needed. A good dosage at 5g when typical pill form is 1-2g. The intestine, liver, etc fight and take most of the glutamine before it actually does any good during a workout. So boosting the amount helps.
