I used to have a nasty flu every few days. The nose discharges and stufines were annoying to say the least. After drinking two cups of this tea every morning, on an empty stomach for a few days, those symptoms were gone.

A blend that has ginger and tulsi in it is one of my favorite in my immune boosting tea arsenal.

I rated this on the lower end simply because to me the taste is awful. Thus, I will not drink it and gain any benefits.
