I cant wait to try it. I bought ghee at the local store and it was good so this one has to be better becausr the quality is superior. I have been trying to consume ghee daily, not for cooking on a regular basis, because in my opinion it may get too pricey.

This has a unique smoothness texture that you can spread even on bread. The flavour is just excellent, anything I cook with this turns out a world beater, has just that extra taste of quality thanks to it being from grass fed cows. The large bottle comes in a plastic container now. I have emailed and checked with 4th & heart, and their container is BPA-free and food safe, so buy with confidence. I've tried other ghee brands while looking for a butter substitute, and the texture and consistency of 4th & Heart is wonderful - probably the best I've found. It has such a light flavor and works great in recipes as a butter substitute (1-1). It's easy to melt and doesn't have any little chunks (as I noticed in other ghee brands). I also appreciate that it does not need to be refrigerated, so it stays just soft enough to spread on toast or mix in with baking/cooking.

I like this product. Have been trying to avoid seed oils, and ghee is an easy replacement. It's easy to use since it can be store in room temperature. iherb offers a great price too. Pretty big bottle and much healthier for everyday cooking. Note, it does have a pretty strong smell ( not as great as butter) but it's worth it since it has a much higher smoke point compared to butter.

Excellent product - usually buy generic ghee from the Indian shops but decided to give this a try despite the high price. Really good smooth ghee, unlike some which are grainy, and adds a subtle nutty flavour to your food. Can use in quick fries or add to your coffee. It’s pretty soft when stored at room temperature so easy to dish out.

Excellent for cooking Indian Curry - Fry eggs, Pancakes and making handmade leavened wheat bread. It has a natural aroma of the cow milk which is both healthy and a beauty product for the skins and hair too.

This is my the most favorite product on Iherb. I love ghee. I buy several jars at one purchase. It's perfect for cooking and for sandwiches. Try porridges with ghee. Delicious.

Amazing butter. One of the most delicious butters on the market. The container was made of glass and changed to plastic container. But the quality of the butter remains the same. I have used this butter for many years and I love it. For breakfast or for cooking it is delicious. I highly recommend it. If you prefer glass container, just buy the small size of this butter.
