Tasty and healthy! Most people are mineral deficient, wonder why? Well, your table salt is not actual salt, but sodium chloride. All of the other minerals are removed during the refinement process in which your table salt is submitted to. Celtic Sea Salt of course has sodium and chloride but it preserves every single mineral because it is unrefined. It is also alkaline. You will benefit from traces of magnesium, calcium, potassium plus 80 minerals. Unrefined salt can also lower your blood pressure. Celtic sea salt is not only nutrient rich but also has a exquisite taste! I felt better when I started using it. You can read the book "Salt Your Way to Health" by Dr. Brownstein for even more information.

I have been drinking 2-3 litres of water per day and my lips’ appearance at the end of the day is still dull and dry. When I started adding this salt to my fruits and water, I notice that my lips look full/ hydrated and bright! The salt also enhances the taste and brings out the sweetness in the fruits. And a little goes a long way. Loving it so far!

I first heard about 'Celtic Sea Salt' in a podcast with water expert Robert Slovak who recommended it. According to him, the founder of 'Celtic Sea Salt', Jacques DeLangre was a student of René Quinton (of the Quinton hypertonic and isotonic saline solution). Celtic Sea Salt is not rinsed and its colour is therefore greyish and still contains 30-40 trace elements. Because it contains much less iron oxide compared to Himalayan Pink salt, it is not pink in colour and less problematic. This sea salt is of coarse grain.

This tastes really good, make your food delicious, and is so much healthier than just using regular table salt. It's far better than Himalayan salt, and in my opinion, it tastes better than Redmond, too. Husband decided the wet quality of it would break our salt grinder, though, so I'm trying to find a better one (did you know the best grinders cost around $100?!)...still, the flakes really aren't even that big so you could just sprinkle them onto your food if you want.

This is the only sea salt I use. The taste is amazing as the ingredient is pure. The package is bullet proof. I take it under the tongue when I have to drive for longer than 30 minutes. I use it during hot summer months when working in the garden to keep me from dehydration. I take an 1/8 of a tsp.

I have been using this Celtic sea salt for almost a year now, mixing it to my daily water routine; i.e. 2.0 litres with one spoonful of sea salt portion. The taste is definitely strong (similarly direct from sea source lol) but however easy to drink it; works well too with a slice of lemon or lime. I’ve got the 1.0 lb package (4-6 packs per order) and it is easy to carry or store in fridge; excellent in packaging. I would share that the results are great, detoxifying wise and energy recharging.

Excellent quality, I use it every day, very taste , remember that it’s a coarse salt in size , so I buy both usually, one for mill , other fine salt if the same manufacturer. Package is good, I store it in original package. The benefits of Celtic salt are so high, even can add to water as electrolytes.

This is a very good quality salt. The salt ingredient is very fine and does not taste salty. It has a sight greyish hue which means this is pure sea salt and is not bleached or processed like white table salt. One packet lasts a long time. I add one teaspoon during stir-fries for vegetables and it tastes excellent. However, the price is a bit expensive but you pay for quality.

Excellent quality salt! Not just pure sodium. I add it to my apple cider water in the morning and it boost the taste. No anti-caking or bleaching agents which is always a plus. It goes without saying that since it’s coarse not fine in texture, one should be careful about the quantity used as it takes time for the salt crystals to dissolve fully and the flavor to be incorporated so don’t add more until fully dissolved.
