These are herbal formulated ingredients to help relieve muscle tension and pain. I take it with Dr. Christopher’s Complete Tissue and Bone Formula which I have been taking for a while. I needed something that specializes on my joints, muscles and nerves. You can taste the cayenne pepper yet it’s not to the point that you can’t take it. I’m believing God that I will see improvement. It’s a little early to tell. However, I have to remember that nature healing takes time because you’re dealing with the root cause.

I honestly didn't notice much of a difference, however, now that I haven't reordered for a week without them, I'm starting to revert back to the crippling arthritic pain I have lived with for years, so am starting to think that perhaps it did do something? but at the time I was still in pain so I just didn't feel as tho it was working. Not sure about this one. I will order once more just to compare again.

I've heard Dr. Christopher's products are high quality, but this one has surprised me. I take a different joint supplement in the mornings, and this one at night. The package recommends night use, because certain ingredients are relaxing. Since menopause has robbed me of decent sleep, I thought I had little to lose. I actually am sleeping more soundly, and waking with fewer aches and pains.
