To my understanding the benefit of these capsules is that they help the gut function better instead of working for the gut. I like that there is no unnecessary fillers in ingredients. Currently the dosage that I take is one a day, and feel great. I do try to eat a healthier diet though. If I take plenty of water with these supplements, I do not have an after taste. Overall, the quality is great for me, and I recommend others give it a try.
