I used a tablespoon in my blender with two cups of water to make coconut milk in a pinch. It worked great with my oatmeal. Supports a vegan diet.

I have used at least 8 bottles of Dastony coconut butter. I prefer this brand than other brands as the butter is easier to stir and have a thinner consistency. This makes it easier to spoon out and spread on rice cakes or stir into smoothies and yoghurt.

This is the first time I have ever tried coconut butter and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Good quality product. Wish the size was larger though.

Spend your money on other brands. This brand was the cheapest so I bought it but the flavor just isn't as good as other brands like Artisana. Also, since coconut butter gets really hard in cold temperatures, sometimes it can be put in the microwave to heat it up a little bit, but since it comes in a plastic container, it would make it unsafe to eat. :( It was okay for the purpose I bought it for but I would not buy it again.
