I purchased these for the first time last year at the beginning of March. Have been taking it every day as per the directions, and have noticed substantial hair growth in terms of length. My hair is shinier, and my nails grow faster and harder, which has led to less breakage. I purchased over a years supply so taking the opportunity to restock up again. I don't think I'd ever go for another brand, you get a great quality product at an awesome price point!

I have been taking biotin for many years. I have tried several brands, but prefer this brand. It is small so it's easy to swallow and I only need to take one per day. I am in my mid 50's and my hair reaches my elbows. I have received compliments on how healthy my hair looks. My hair is strong without a lot of breakage & only slightly graying around my face. My nails are also stronger now, but I live on a farm with horses, so my nails get broken caring for the animals & upkeeping the land. So I cannot attest to how this product helps grow nails. As for my skin health, it is better than it was, but years of sun exposure without sufficient sunblock has damaged my skin. I learned a little too late here in sunny Florida, that healthy skin is protected skin. I try to supplement my diet to improve my hair, skin, & nails, and have realized that the best medicine is preventative medicine.

Had been using this for months to stop hair loss. My hair grew back in super fast and was almost back to regular thickness. Great for hair and nail growth. My hair was falling out due to an illness and it has stopped falling out and grown inches! Update 2/22- I started slipping these into my husbands vitamin regimen and after 1 month HE noticed his thinning spot on top of his head had HAIR! Doctors Best Biotin is a high-quality brand. I have recently started using it and I will continue! I like that, for one thing, these very small capsules contain 10,000 mcg. More than that, there are 120 caps in this bottle! I use biotin for skin, nails and, especially, my hair.
