I love that I only had to suggest it to my husband to try these prebiotics! We actually have now taken them consistently for a month. In the last 2 weeks we both came down with major colds (won't call it Covid because we didn't go get tested), however we both feel that the prebiotics helped to minimize our symptoms and kept up "going". We experienced no side effects. No constipation, gas or anything like that. This specific brand was based on a referral because they value the quality of products. We are just looking to improve our lives as we are in our 50's now and want to improve our own quality of life. The ingredients used in this product appear to be of the highest quality. And the speedy delivery was a bonus!

Very nice product. Perfect with Probiotics. A little pricy. If they could have more in the box ( there a lot of space / save the planet)

I have tried it for a week and I really feel better. I do suffer digestive problems when I wake up I would feel agitated and not comfortable. With this prebiotics it feels better.
