I'm thankful I found this product. I noticed a change in my son's mood probably within a week. I only give him one dose a day versus the three suggested. He's on his second bottle and I will probably get more. The pandemic made his OCD worse and changes also seem to trigger it but this seems to help. I use this for my child's mental health (he has depression & anxiety, I have not had good experiences with perscription meds so wanted to lean towards natural options). I noticed a huge change after 1 use. Happier, calmer, communicates better, & more. I like that his better days he doesn't have to have it, we have not seen any s8de effects from missed days.
