So I switched to liquid. The reason your bones are crushed is because you are applying as much force to your body as possible. The next day after that, I felt sick, but after that I was told that my bones were broken, and I was taken to the hospital, where I remained dehydrated and my condition deteriorated significantly. Since then, I have continued to focus on my dominant hand for four years. I couldn't rely on grain additives or solid rice anymore, so I switched to liquid, but calcium is like dissolved powder, so I was wondering if there was anything that could be better absorbed. It also contains silica and is transparent, so I add a small amount of it when taking supplements. Before switching to the liquid form of calcium, I consulted with my doctor, and I was told that taking too much ionized calcium is dangerous, so I use only a small amount.

While the liquid has a definite taste to it, it's not terrible --- I can drink it straight with no difficulty, and it's not hard on my stomach. Good packaging also --- the cap comes off easily and screws down tightly to keep the product fresh.
