it's good for the immunity I have heard my diet is not so healthy and I get sick a lot so I need it but taking multiple tablets a day is hard I'm glad they have it in high strength 1000mg is pretty good and the taste is even better
I love adding this to my water during my work day, it tastes yummy and helps keep me hydrated. I've used emergency-c for a long time. I appreciate that this product is non GMO and sugar free. Its great for putting in your water when hiking, soaking in a hot tub or hot spring, or when grading on a hot day.
Now that Emergen-C is more of a good quality multi Vitamin and sugar free, this is my go to. The taste is just ok on it's own, but mixed with a hearty smoothy or juice, it's an easy morning meal. It's a good price for powdered multi's.

I drink a packet every morning alternating orange with berry and mix my collagen powder into it. Tastes great and I like that its sugar free.
Even though it's sugar free, it still has flavor. Has a nice fizz to it too. This tastes better if mixed with cold water.
