This stuff is amazing. I bought it to help my fiber increase with lowering high estrogen levels. As well as to help with helping my body absorb the right nutrients. It's so easy to use just dump in water and go. I have definitely noticed a difference with having that increase fiber and the benefits it has helped with.

To keep my body regular, I like to use a fiber supplement. I prefer a fiber supplement that is tasteless so I can add it to my coffee or morning protein shake. This fiber mixed quickly into my coffee and it did not alter the taste of my coffee. I did not experience any gas or stomach problems that day or the next. The next day I had no problems in the bathroom department. I like that this supplement has probiotics in it so that is one less supplement that I have to take.
