good, but need berries as else body desires less and less otherwise by each passing days. taking raisins or berries with it helps to have regular intake. don' t know the reason why, but observed this. might be reason is daily intake should be minimum as small as 250 mg. also, alkaloids in oil are bad to health; and berries or raisins counter the negative effects of alkaloids. that makes the body again sip more, else involuntary action is to not drink.
