These Organic Fit bars are the very best in nutrition as well as satisfying hunger. Great for healthy diet. My husband and I both take them when there is no time to eat a meal...or those days of "working lunches". Also, this non fattening snack satisfies that sweet tooth craving mid afternoon instead of having junk food :)

I LOVE all of GOL Fit bars! They taste great, have only 1 gm of sugar and 14 gm of fiber. What more can you ask for, of wait, clean plant protein too! All the flavors are really good. The S'mores has crunchy bits in it and is super yummy! Eat one of these and drink a big glass of water and you won't need to eat again for a while! iHerb has the best box prices too!

This is my go to protein bar. Ingredients that I can recognize and low in sugar. Smores is the best flavor I think. My most recent batch I ordered from iHerb was probably the best in terms of quality. It can be tough shipping this in the summer due to the melt factor. This is one of the best prices I can find online.

This was recommended to me by my nutritionist as an afternoon snack. It did help stave off hunger and I'm happy that it is a good protein source. Taste-wise, well, it's not super delicious but it's edible. I never crave for it but I do bring a bar in my bag in case I'm not able to come home in time for my scheduled afternoon fruit snack. So I give it high points for convenience, good ingredients, being a good protein source, is filling, and provides energy. The only issue is taste... where it gets about 2 stars.

Great taste, put in the microwave for 15secs and it makes it almost a desert. No bloating or gastric discomfort with the protein at all

I think it’s one of the best protein bar. First of all it’s made from organic ingredients. It’s very nourishing. I take one bar with coffee in the morning and I’m not hungry till my lunch.

Finding the perfect protein bar seems to be a huge challenge! We first tried these bars over a year ago and we love the fact that they are organic, gluten free, plant based and do not include any added sugars. I am very sensitive to most stevia type products ~ it can often be so over powering~ but with this bar, I don’t really notice it at all, first bite or after taste . I am not sure it really tastes like a s’mores? But honestly did I expect it to? 🙃 but for a bar, it’s quite enjoyable ~ soft with a little chewy - not hard or tough and a pleasant flavor that feels sweet enough to be a treat but not too much to eat first thing before a workout. I love the fact that they added Ashwagandha ~ I seem to react well with its calming and balancing properties. So far we seem to really enjoy several Garden of Life products and feel good about this brand. We also love GoMacro bars but wish they would reduce how much sugar they add. So we rotate these fit bars on /off with GoMacro for our protein bar options and that has felt like a nice daily pre-workout solution.

This is my favorite protein weight loss bar. The s'mores bar has a great taste. It satisfies my chocolate fix and is affordable. It also satisfies my hunger when I don't have time to eat a meal and helps with weight loss. I highly recommend this bar.
