I’ve monitored my blood pressure for several years. It’s been a challenge to keep it anywhere near high-normal (135 to 145) systolic. Most of the time it tends toward the 150 to 165 range. I’ve tried other things like Hawthorn, Curcumin, Ubiquinol, Saw Palmetto with little success. However, when I started taking Lake Avenue Serrapeptase along with Life Extension’s Optimized Garlic, my Blood Pressure dropped (now) over 40 points. I’ve only been taking these things for a couple weeks but my BP is routinely 125/75. If I stop taking one or the other, my BP goes back up to the 135 to 145 Systolic range. The two things in combination seem to have a remarkable effect on my cardio vascular system. Not sure why. It also seems to have eliminated my headaches. Amazing!

Have been taking another brand of this supplement for years, then saw that this was available on iherb AND that it does not have magnesium stearate in it. Some people may not care about this; but once I learned about the advantages of avoiding magnesium stearate (and I take a lot of supplements), my choice often is decided by this feature. Affordable. I used to have a one-year wrist pain, feels like arthritis. Then I decided to have a go with Serrapeptase. After two months, I didn't feel the pain anymore. I dunno is it's the Serrapeptase that did this or the borax theraphy. I was consuming both of them at the same time. Serrapeptase digests non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts, and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. It should be taken on its own and on an empty stomach. Serrapeptase is so good at breaking things down, you need to be sure to provide the body with the materials it needs to rebuild, or arterial walls could become so thin from serrapeptase doing its job that they could leak or even burst.
