This is the only one that I have found that has therapeutic doses of B vitamins for neurological function and includes almost everything else that the body needs to maintain optimal metabolism and produce great levels of Glutahione (your master antioxidant), to help protect your body from all of the insults that are thrown at it every day. I prefer the two a day because the tablet sizes are smaller and easy to take, and the taste is better than most multivitamins I have used. My sleep, focus, activity tolerance are all improved when I’m taking this daily. It is also one of the least expensive multivitamins. if you only take one supplement, take this one!
