My son's usual brand was sold out so I bought this brand without double-checking the ingredients. I usually trust Mary Ruth's brand so admittedly I didn't check the ingredients. I'm really disappointed that there's added Organic Sugar. These would taste sweet enough if it were only flavored with fruit juice. I can't say that I could recommend this brand for your kids if you're trying to avoid sugar.
