As expected, good item nice taste. Size enough for one person or two. The package is great. Used as directed on the item or you can search for more on youtube. ingredient as mentioned and good for diabetes, diet, keto... I can say that is the best quality and love it :)

Great high protein and filling quick meal for busy days, that is also low calorie. The flavor is pretty light and if I have more time I like to add some diced green onion and a dash of tamari soy sauce for some more flavor.

I'm always hungry and love to snack - sometimes I would prepare these noodles and be full for the rest of the day! These are super easy to prep and can be done in the office or at home.

I didn’t enjoy it. The broth is OK and it’s healthy. made of high quality grass fed beef which contains gelatin, collagen and many more good nutrients . I was hoping this product would be tasty. The broth is not enough spicy for me. I had to add hot sauce to it. The noodles are pretty bad… Gummy… feels like rubber and have no flavor. Kind of neutral taste and bad texture. My pet rats like those noodles though. Package is kinda large and there is generous amount of noodles.

it’s acceptable but the broth need to be seasoned to become more testy although it’s not the best , I will purchase again as it gives me satisfaction for eating noodles
