I bought these for my family (my daughter; 2, my husband, and myself) for this time during Coronavirus. I ended up getting the Flu in the beginning of this. We stuck with taking these and my flu lasted only about 3 days with symptoms. My daughter caught it and had it for about 2 days with symptoms and my husband didn't catch it at all. We plan to buy more and continue taking them throughout this quarantine.
