It is really early to say the efficacy as this is the first time I am trying this supplement. I’m still in the half month of taking this. The supplement taste is good although it is little too sweet. However, this is one of the reason I chose this as I don’t want to feel like I’m taking a medicine. I also bought this due to excessive hair fall and I think I have observed a reduction in the hair fall. Hopefully, with continous taking of this supplement along with taking other multivitamins and change in shampoo/conditioner, I wouldn’t worry about my hairfall. I will provide more updates in the future.

I'm not sure about anything else but I have two of these and had one before personally I can't stand the taste and smell of supplements but this one is a literal candy and if not the dosage I would have binged on it the quality is good

Great vitamins! 🤩 I really liked them. The smell is strange at first, but pleasant. I liked the taste (a little sour). These vitamins really work. My hair has improved (new hairs have appeared, started to grow quickly). The skin is clean, elastic. The nails have become stronger and grow faster. I will recommend these vitamins to friends! Also a good alternative for those who cannot swallow pills and capsules.

About 3-4 years ago, my daughter bought me Alive! Vitamins brands and it definitely felt a difference. Thanks iHerb for having this. Want to feel like kid again take gummies😂 so I have another range for hair, skin & nails now. You will notice your nails grows faster😅

They are super easy to take! After several months of using hair vitamins, I am finally at a stage where I can say I have long, smooth, healthy hair. The key is to take hair vitamins consistantly to see results. With these, I love the ingridient list and composition. Great product!

After losing lots of hair volume after Covid, I needed supplements to help me rebuild. I like all the natural ingredients and the gummies taste great and are so easy to take. I think they are benefiting my hair growth and I will order this again. One bottle is enough for one month and the price is good.

I've been taking these gummies for a couple of weeks now and I can definitely see results in my nails and skin. I will be taking them for at least a couple of months to see full results. The gummies taste really good (just like regular gummy bears) and I haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever. I only take 1 gummy a day due to the dosage but I still got good results so far!

They also taste like strawberry and at the rate of 2 pieces a day, they caused me an allergy, in the form of a rash in the chest area. I had to wait for the allergy to pass and switch to 1 piece per day. I really wanted to see the result. There was no more allergy. I can't say anything special about the result after application. Hair and skin are in the same condition, nails have become really thicker, shine has appeared. Of course, I would like the hair to be in a better state, but probably in my case one can is not enough for the result. Moreover, the problem with my hair has been going on for a long time. For the second time the Nature's Way Alive vitamin complex! I will not order "Hair, Skin & nouxS; Nails" anymore, because the manifestation of allergies does not suit me and the extra sweetness too, and the result was minimal.
