Good thing I noticed is that it contains one of the ingredients recommended by Doctor William Li in his list of advisable supplements: Dr. Li recommends specific strains, such as Lactobacillus reuteri, to support digestion and oral health, which can help reduce inflammation and improve overall well-being. The "reuteri" strain is present in the capsule and is important for a healthy gut and immune system. I wish the package would be slightly bigger though.
