It helps promote healthy oral development, age is good for 6 to 18 months. The quality is nice, shape of the nipple resembles the breast. Silicone nipples fit baby's mouth better and have a formed base so that the tongue has a place to rest and so there is less pressure on the palate, which is better for healthy mouth development. It is also lights up in the dark, just expose the straw to light for two minutes for maximum brightness. Before using sterilize it by boiling in water for 5 minutes. The package is sealed and it has 3 glow in the dark pacifier packed.
