My husband and I enjoy a cup of some sort of herbal sleepy tea every evening. The Tulsi Sleep is my new favorite. I think the Organic India brand of teas are excellent, and so far we have liked all the ones we have tried. Tulsi Sleep is a relaxing and calming cup of tea to enjoy in that hour before bed when you are trying to unwind so you can sleep. The older I get, the harder it is to find a good nights sleep, and I always prefer something natural and safe that won't leave me feeling off the next morning.

This is my favorite tea blend without caffeine. Frequency of use can be any, I take before sleep. Quality of ingredients is very good. Has great benefits - improves nervous system and sleep. Has very pleasant taste Size of the package is quite big - will be enough for a long time.

The taste of the tea is strong and not everyone will be used to it for the first time. the tea does work in helping me sleep, or it could also be psychological. The tea is packed in individual packs for hygiene purposes and it is also portable. you could make at least 2 servings with this and it still tastes ok.

This has been my go-to for my night cap! Sometimes after my Omad Keto dessert, it might be too late for coffee. I would always substitute with this and in 30minutes I feel my body winding down and ready for sleep. It also has a de-stress function. Highly recommended - been drinking this for 2 years. I've also tried the supplement for Ashwaganda but this tea has more of a complex synergy imo. Try it!

I drink it an hour before sleeping and take my 5mg time release Melatonin supplement with it. My sleep is way better! I was a chronic insomniac for years, addicted to sleeping pills which stopped working after a while. This combo helps me to stay asleep during the night and finally feel rested in the morning.

GREAT TEAS! I enjoy all their teas and have not found one I did not like. I have recommended and given to friends who have trouble sleeping. It is relaxing and helpful in the quest for a good nights sleep. I continue to recommend to people who are having difficulty and it is worth a try. IMO

Wow, this tea is GREAT!!! I always had sleeping problems but this tea makes me sleep like a kitten. Best is when I rotate my cycle with teas: one day I take sleeping tea with Valerian, the other day with Hibiscus and after that this Tulsi tea. Always repeating this cycle makes me feel best! Because I observed drinking every night the same tea the effect starts to lessen. Although this Tulsi tea is my champion. Works every time!

Tulsi Sleep contains all the herbs that that helps to relax and sleep. The tea for the night before going to sleep is Tulsi Seep. We put in the boiling water one bag of tea and serve in two cups. This Tulsi Tea consist of various adaptogen herbs such as ashwagandha, gotu kola, cardamum, etc, that are good herbs to use for tea. I recommend this tea for evening tea.

This tea is delicious, effective & well made with only awesome ingredients. I love how they use only biodegradable packaging (inside & out) so that I can compost my teabags.
