Pills are quite big and bulky to swallow - and in terms of effects, I am not sure yet. Not done much to me so far - unless you need to a lot of them, and for a long time? [and stress tends to need a more immediate relief.] :P But I love the ingredients so will stick with it for a while - and see what happens. I also tried the Genexa organic stress formula - I love that so far - if you feel like checking other "options" :)

I've been using this product for a little bit over a month now (since May 20, 2021). Prior to this product I had really bad anxiety that I was using Lexapro for but since my insurance ran out, I had to seek a different product. That was when I began using Stress & Anxiety Relief by Solgar. Initially it seemed as if it was working. I'm still feeling somewhat anxious here and there and the product has not been working as well as I thought it would, but at the end, I'm sleeping a little bit better than what I was prior to using it. I used to have trouble sleeping but now it seems as I can at least get a good night's rest. Hoping that this product will continue working better for me the more I take it, as it only has been a little bit over a month since I began using it.
