I am using this product for three weeks now, the recommended dose is 3 tablets, but i took two (because i am drinking anise tea everyday) , one tablet every 12 hours . There was no change at the first week, but i noticed the change during the second week, the flashs are less now by 60-70%, i am very happy with the result and will continue taking it. I recommend to try it and i hope it will work, just be patient and continue for a few weeks to see the results. 🙂🙂

I didn’t have a great experience with this product. The capsules are too big, making them difficult to swallow. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any improvement in my symptoms, but I understand that this can vary from person to person. It might work well for others, but for me, it didn’t deliver the results I was hoping for.
