I can`t talk about the quality yet because I tried only 1 stick.But my first impression is on the ability to dissolve in water - it is very difficult and one needs to stir hardly in order to dissolve the substance. The taste is not to likeness,but it is individual. Size is normal - I don`t workout so it is ok for me.

I'm not too crazy about the flavor but is definitely better than other Electrolyte Drink Mixes I've tried that taste like ish. I add the juice of half a lemon to the water along with the mix to make it taste better.

I purchased this to get electrolytes in purified water. I preferred the lemon-lime flavor since others seem to be too sweet tasting. Sometimes packet did not dissolve that well in room temperature water. I no longer will purchase since I switched from purified to spring water.
