VAT & Customs Duties

iHerb is registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) and will collect, declare, and pay the VAT to the tax authorities for distance sales of imported goods with a value not exceeding €150. VAT is included in our pricing. iHerb intends to cover all VAT and duties for customer orders to France. Very occasionally customs fees may unintentionally be applied. If this happens please contact customer service.

Timing

We endeavour to deliver to you as fast as possible. Our products are air-freighted directly to you from our temperature controlled, GMP/IOSS certified warehouses in the USA. Timelines are estimated at checkout.

On occasion, some orders may be subject to longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb's control.

Courier Information

  • GLS: Duties, Taxes, and Fees Prepaid. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite customs clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.
    All orders shipped by this carrier are cleared in the Netherlands and will be subject to import and tax regulations of the Netherlands.
