JNX Sports, The Curse!®, Creatine, Unflavored, 17.6 oz (500 g)

Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-12oz (250-300mL) of cold water or fruit juice. Mix with a spoon to dissolve. 

Loading: Consume a large amount of creatine in a short period. Take 20 grams of creatine daily for 5-7 days as four 5-gram servings throughout the day. 

Maintenance: Take one 5-gram serving daily. Lower doses of creatine taken once daily can be equally effective at maximizing your muscle creatine stores - though it may take longer. To maximize results, drink plenty of water daily.
